I loved how they tagged all the pillows with the firmness, this way you knew what to order if you wanted more of one type. Scott in the bar was very friendly and made a great cosmopolitan. The rooms were clean and quiet even with the wedding group just down the hall from us. The kids loved the pool and slide. -

hi, we loved everything about our stay, the accommodations were perfect..the pool and hot tub spotless and we had it all to our selves, lucky us!
everything is so new, the staff were friendly, helpful and professional, wish we could have stayed longer but flew out the next day, the shuttle was prompt we were so close to the airport, no worries

The lake view is gorgeous. If you've already plan to spend big money to stay in this hotel, I suggest you spend extra 100 to get a room with lake view. It's totally worth it.

We had a early morning flight and wanted to stay close to the airport.
We returned the rental car and picked up their shuttle which we also
took the morning of our flight. The staff was very helpful and the close
location to the airport worked out well. We had dinner at the restaurant

We stayed in this resort for a night and it was absolutely amazing. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The two bedroom apartment was large with large bedrooms. The kitchen was fully furnished and the kitchen stuff were all of a great quality. The balcony was great and there was a nice grill inside the balcony. The airconditioners were working great. I'm sure this place is one of the best places to stay in Canmore.

I liked the Spa and Services there. the staff was friendly and helpful. I liked that the staff put water into the fridge knowing that I just had a massage treatment and that i would need to drink lots of water. I also liked the cleanliness of my room for the best part.

The staff were the most friendly and helpful I've seen in years. The lobby was gleaming it was so clean. The location was awesome for an out of province driver. The rooms were a nice size and very clean as well. We ate in the restaurant, breakfast buffet and it was fabulous. I can't say enough wonderful things about the staff and this hotel.
