  The staff were very friendly and went beyond the service they needed to provide us with to make our stay very special. The two dinners we ate in the hotel restaurants were excellent. The location next to Whitemud Freeway and on the Gateway Blvd means access to Edmonton in minutes.The hotel has an ambience that is relaxed yet formal enough. Excellent staff and service.   From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the entire staff treated us exceptionally. They are all professional, respectful, and they treated my daughter like a queen. The hotel itself is amazing and fun to explore, especially in your slippers late at night. The view was a nice one...I'm sure there are better but I can't complain. We di - Jay was the first person we met there with the valet service provided. He was so friendly and nice and remembered our names each time we met him. He went out of his way to make us feel special and this made our first stay here memorable. Thank you Jay!   Spacious comfy rooms. Friendly attentive staff. I broke a coffee pot in the room and was brought a new one immediately. Very fun for kids!   Very nice hotel right in the heart of Edmonton, the chop restaraunt was very good, with very friendly staff, all in all, pleasant stay, would recommend to others, thanks for keeping a clean hotel. - View from 24th floor is amazing. Small rooms but very cozy and clean.
