  Beautiful rooms and resort, nice views of the Burrard Inlet/Harbour and Stanley Park, very comfortable bed and furniture. It's right on the famous Stanley Park, so there's a great walkway right along the water with amazing views/sights. The quality of the soap/shampoo in the bathroom is top-notch.   Awesome staff. Very kind from check in to check out. - We liked how centrally located it was and that a suite ensured we could all stay in the same room together. We aslo really liked having a kitchen and being able to eat some meals especailly breakfast in the room.

  Staff up-graded us to larger room without asking. We requested and were given room high up, on 2nd subsequent stay, asked for room with alternate view and accommodated. WiFi worked well in room. When deciding on which room to have, I was asked if I wanted to see them and the chap was there within seconds, up to the 5th & 7th floors & back to reception in minutes.
