  The outside hot tub, the kids loved it after a long day of travelling. The quiet in the room. When the window was closed we didn't hear the trains at all. The front desk man was easy to deal with when our key wouldn't work for the pool door. - We only stayed in Canmore as we could not find accommodation in Banff but were really happy we went to t... hva folk sier » his hotel. Would definitely use again when in the Banff area as great location and not as expensive as Banff.

  The facilites were fabuluous and the staff was very accomodating. The location was perfect since our trip centered around Banff and Lake Louise. Staying in Canmore was more afforadble and allowed us to sightsee a bit more on the way to our destinations. - The guest lounge that has big TV and sofas, wii for playing.
