We've stayed with 2 little children.
The room was pretty big for all of us. Stuff was friendly and answered my requests. I checked out at 11:00 and asked to keep our 5 big bags in the locker for a couple more hours. They allowed me to do it and actually I came back some 12 hours later to take it. Location is very good - just near the c-train stat

The staff were amazing! Always friendly we walked out of our room and we
had two different people at different times say good morning it was
awesome to feel that important, I even left my bracelet there and they
were able to give it back!

The rooms where bright, clean, & very quite. The bed/pullout sofa were very comfortable. I booked a suite with pull out sofa & 1 queen bed. Five of us stayed in a two-bedroomed suite, overnighting between landing at the airport and picking up a motorhome. This was the best hotel experience of our Canadian holiday; not the swankiest, not the best located, not the most elegant, but by far the most hospitable. Early check-in? No problem. Free cookies and drinks in the foyer. Free popcorn in the suite. Excellent free simple early supper with good home-made soup and DIY subs. Mini-tennis court. Good clean rooms, beds and lime. The staff were excellent, especially the young man on reception who checked us in. He was so helpful, courteous and good humoured. Nothing was too much trouble, he is an absolute credit to the company.
Our room was very comfortable and clean with everything you could want for a comfortable stay.
Shuttle service was excellent.
Restaurant was very good and reasonably priced.
Breakfast was very good, many choices and plentiful.

The staff were the most friendly and helpful I've seen in years. The lobby was gleaming it was so clean. The location was awesome for an out of province driver. The rooms were a nice size and very clean as well. We ate in the restaurant, breakfast buffet and it was fabulous. I can't say enough wonderful things about the staff and this hotel.

The friendly staff, the indoor water park big pool and particularily the
kids area! The fact that I let the hotel know that the sliding door
wouldn't open and it was fixed by the time I got back to the room!
The housekeeping staff were friendly. The morning buffet. The piggy bank

we went to calgary to watch the rihana concert, it was withing walking distance and close to everything we needed. for the price it was very nice. we were quite impressed. even having parking for us made it easy once we got to calgary so we were not looking for a place to park every time we went out.

The area is quit at night...The wireless service was just lunched into the whole hotel... Starbucks is just downstairs.... The stuff are friendly ... Having a Starbucks in the hotel is the main reason I stay. Good to have a decent coffee shop.

I was glad I was at the airport so there was no need to get up early to get a cab. I was thrilled that my luggage was taken right over to the Westjet desk for me. Parking and wifi were free. A very good breakfast was included with real crockery and cutlery, not plastic. Room was large and had fridge, two arm chairs and a coffee table. Located close to Downtown. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. -

My family checked into the hotel at 10:30 pm on Thursday March 28, 2013 and the clerk on duty was bright, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Staff like this made my stay positive and memorable. -

The facility was very nice and plenty to offer in terms of restaurants and fitness/pool activities. The buffet was excellent in the Garden Court and several families were dining while I was there. Rooms were very nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. The water
slide was our favorite! When traveling with children it was a perfect
way to have fun and burn off energy upon our arrival and again, because
it was open by 6 A.M. we took them again upon rising which burned that
energy once again and made them ready for the days journey. We enjoyed
our stay so much that we booked it a second time on our journey home!
