We've stayed with 2 little children.
The room was pretty big for all of us. Stuff was friendly and answered my requests. I checked out at 11:00 and asked to keep our 5 big bags in the locker for a couple more hours. They allowed me to do it and actually I came back some 12 hours later to take it. Location is very good - just near the c-train stat

had two different people at different times say good morning it was
awesome to feel that important, I even left my bracelet there and they
were able to give it back!

The rooms where bright, clean, & very quite. The bed/pullout sofa were very comfortable. I booked a suite with pull out sofa & 1 queen bed. I liked the efficienty kitchen & that fact that the bedroom was separate from the main area. I like the extra emenities - ie: popcorn for late-night snack, plus fresh fruit, juice/water, &

Five of us stayed in a two-bedroomed suite, overnighting between landing at the airport and picking up a motorhome. This was the best hotel experience of our Canadian holiday; not the swankiest, not the best located, not the most elegant, but by far the most hospitable. Early check-in? No problem. Free cookies and drinks in the foyer. Free popcorn in the suite. Excellent free simple early supper with good home-made soup and DIY subs. Mini-tennis court. Good clean rooms, beds and lime. The staff at this hotel were some of the nicest I've ever experienced. Also the location of the hotel was amazing. 2 short blocks to STephen Ave, the bustling street of shops and restaurants made it ideal. Ask for executive rooms on the tird floor that open on to the pool. Perfect!!! -
Very close to C-train, fantastic if you are here on business.

Awesome staff, very friendly and accommodating. The fellow from the
restaurant informed us that he wasn't open for business for another
hour and a half, but when he noticed how hungry we were, he took pity on
us and served a wonderful pizza. -

Everything about the EL was fantastic. I've stayed in budget accommodation and was sceptical about this one but my fears were put to rest when we walked into a clean room that didn't smell like cigarettes, even though the smoking rooms were 10 metres away. -

The staff were excellent and were able to provide us with google maps
and directions to help us find our way. The breakfast buffet was good
and plenty of parking. The train station was only a minute walk away and
so was the stadium. -

Although I was not traveling with my dogs this trip, I was pleased to see you are dog friendly. Your staff were very friendly and attentative to my needs. I have passed along my recommendation to a friend, who is a Manager of a travel agency in N.B. for her use and reference. -

My family checked into the hotel at 10:30 pm on Thursday March 28, 2013 and the clerk on duty was bright, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Staff like this made my stay positive and memorable. -

we really liked the easy access to all the city spots we enjoy,our children live 10 minutes away from the hotel..we liked that the rooms were cool and we enjoyed the small balconywe look forward to our next trip early september. -
Everything, except for the noisy AC (They provide earplugs) and some failures in daily housekeeping

The facility was very nice and plenty to offer in terms of restaurants and fitness/pool activities. The buffet was excellent in the Garden Court and several families were dining while I was there. Staff was very friendly and helpful anytime I needed anything over my stay. I would also like to thank their on site security as the people in the room

Rooms were very nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. The water
slide was our favorite! When traveling with children it was a perfect
way to have fun and burn off energy upon our arrival and again, because
it was open by 6 A.M. we took them again upon rising which burned that
energy once again and made them ready for the days journey. We enjoyed
our stay so much that we booked it a second time on our journey home!

This place is AWESOME! Sleep number beds in all the rooms, food was beyond what I expected from a hotel on 16 Ave NE. I ordered my breakfast for 10 AM and it came at 9:59 :D Super clean and quiet, friendly and accommodating staff. Complimentary water and super great rates!! Will repeat for sure!

The decor was gorgeous—we loved the use of space, and how the furnishings created different areas in the small suite. The location was great, too. We walked downtown and back for shopping. We got takeout at the South Asian restaurant next door. We picked up things at the Safeway across the street. We grabbed coffee at the Starbucks in the Safeway.

Good location, everything nearby - 17th avenue, restaurants, malls, safeway etc. Full kitchen equipment and washing machine allows to save money when travelling for few days, especially with kids. Good planning of the room. Despite location in the city center we did not experience any issues with the security.

The location, the staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious, there was a DVD player in our room, the kitchenette was well furnished. They even delivered a copy of the bill directly to our room for review, so we only needed to stop at the front desk for a minute. -
