The bungalow was basic but spacious and it was located in a very beautiful gaeden. They have no breakfast, but with the free bikes they provide you can go easily to the crab market (which is in walking distance) and get a cheap and good breakfast. Special thanks to all the staff at Spring Valley Resort in Kep for their professional attitude and kindness. We enjoyed getting away from the big cities and were able to relax for the days we were there. Also thanks to to our Tuk Tuk driver connected to the hotel for his great english and suggested itineries (sorry cannot remember his name).

Really spotlessly clean and modern. A lovely breeze from the sea blows through the corridors, lovely to sit on the communal balcony and just relax. Very close to the sailing club which has a happy hour from 6 until 7. All cocktails $2, and they pack a punch. Lovely to go down there and watch the sun set. -

The price of the room is fantastic. The rooms are clean and modern, but like in most guest houses there is no room service.
I really liked the rooftop terrace where delicios food and cocktails are served.
