The 240 is a beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Phnom Penh historical centre. Easy to walk to all the main tourist places and surrounded by awesome art and design galleries and amazing restaurants (Street 240). I would definitely recommend this place! The pool terrace bedroom was really big with a beautiful terrace and nice little pool to refresh after a day visiting. And the organic breakfast at Naturae restaurant (same building) is really delicious.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Adjoining 'organic' restaurant gives simple but tasty and healthy breakfasts. lovely botique hotel with friendly helpful staff . Room was sapcious and clean with a terrace and fantastic shower . Nice organic breakfast , well placed for visiting royal palace and silver pagoda would highly recommend. I loved the staff, they were so friendly and helpful, they really went out of their way to help us and provide a memorable experience. Location is also good, on a trendy little street close to everything. everything, if I go to Phnom Pen that will be my choise. Stuff is helpful and friendly, location is perfect, facility is very cozy and well maintained. I like it all. Nice clean and fresh hotel. Bed was terrible and the food very expensive and not that good as the menu suggest. The prices for the mini bar to high. There was no shampoo/conditioner/other bathroom freebies. - Room a little noisy. The rock hard bed was like lying on a bag of soil and wood. The place is about 1km from the river. Although the most expensive hotel we stayed at in PP, it proved to be the worst. Room faced a very busy street and was extremely noisy. Shower drain overflowed in both rooms we tried. Would not stay again.
