Friendly staff, nice room, air conditioning and elevator, very close to the market and not noisy at all. Convenient location, very central, clean and quiet rooms. Perfect location and excellent value for money. right next to the market. The mattress was old and looked very dirty (however the sheets and blankets were very clean). Not all the staff speaks well English or any other language different than Cambodian.
