Everything. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was good: very near the castle, the main attraction of the city. The food was good enough. The room was clean, we had a towel and a bedlinen. Their garden is small but very pleasant and romantic. Really, it was the best hostel I have ever been and one of the cheapest. This is what a hostel should be! Amazing common areas with lots of young people, free all-you-can-eat breakfast, light dinner and beer. Very close to the fortress and the center. Double rooms with private bathroom! There is also one amazing tavern very close to the hostel, where we had our cheapest meal in bulgaria!!!!.
alle vurderinger » Very beautiful venue, with a garden and a common space for relax. Clean and good located. Stuff speaks English and is very helpful. They offer free pick up form the station, free breakfast and even a free dinner with beer (haven't got a chance to attend), free internet. I would already like to come back!. the staff! Todd & everyone else were great. The inclusive breakfast & dinner plus a beer - excellent value. The double room we stayed in was comfy & clean, with an ensuite & nice shot shower. Location was handy to many sights. Excellent place, all staff speak good English, personnel is very polite and friendly, unbelievebly cheap hostel, price includes open buffet breakfast, dinner, a glass of beer, All I can say is "just fantastic". private 2 beds room was cheap! pick up service from bus terminal with goooooood and kind reception! (but after check out, you have to use taxi) 5 mins for castle. reception........was awesome+kind+friendly!. We were very surprised by the personnel - very friendly people. The guests were also nice and open minded people. It's a good place if you want to explore Veliko Tarnovo with nice international company. The 1/2 board breakfast and evening meal made it excellent value for money. Facilities to cook your own things were good and access to a terrace meant the children could play without disturbing others. The house has a nice living to share with friends and with the other guests, the kichen is well equiped, the double room ok. Staff is very friendly, ready to help you, to give good advices. Simply perfect hostel in unique location in old Turkish villa. Breakfast was good. Clean and quiet at night. Staff was kind. Great staff, great atmosphere. Perfect!. Nothing. The light dinner was too 'light'. Only one plate of plain rice. The pick up service is only pick up! They do not drive you back and you have to pay a taxi( they call it for you).Not that clean-lots of spiders! It can also be noisy at night. nothing was wrong!. the only thing is the bed sheet was not very big - like half of a normal sheet. Would be worth them upgrading to full sized sheets. None. a little bit far from bus terminal. We weren't fascinated by the breakfast. It was a bit chilly in the room but we layered up and the showers were hot so it didn't bother us. Nothing!. There was a bit of noise from the common area at night but it's a hostel so to be expected. Some of the young backpackers were loud, talking and singing until 3 AM. There is no Quiet Time policy. Nothing!. nothing. The noise by the other tourists in the middle of the night made. Dinner was not good.
