As usual, this is the cheapest of the budget hotels with a 24 hour desk. This is important as my flights usually don't arrive till midnight! I have booked and stayed at this hotel 5 or 6 times now, and will book again for my next trip. -

Location can not be better, really down town !!! Staff is friendly and speak English, room has a Tv and fridge, big confortable and clean bads, bathrom has planty of towels. Best hotel breakfast we've ever had! We stayed a couple of extra days because of the breakfast and free light dinner, both included in the (very budget-friendly) price! The receptionist was very welcoming and provided a detailed map and recommendations for activities, restaurants and sights. Guidebooks available for borrowing, and they really look after you! This place attracts great people as well- had a wonderful time here! Very good wifi connection as well.

I spent 7 days in this family-run hotel, which is a real gem, in a beautiful spot on a foresty hill overlooking the city of Sofia.

This was my second stay here. The staff is great and the owner who genuinely cares for his property and his guests. The onsite restaurant is a dxestrination-type resaturant because of the great menu and the views of Sofia from the large dining patio. Rooms are soundproofed and nicely furnished. I plan on staying there for my return trip to Sofia next year.

Stayed with my family here in the third time. Very convenient location. There is parking. Not far from the city center (about 10 min. by car). For children there is a playground. In 10 min. by car to get to the Zoo. Near (2 min.) there is a large shopping center. We really liked this hotel. Next time we will book here if they availability :) /////

great host! I was very happy that he picked me up at the airport since
taxis there can often overcharge tourists.The facility was very clean
and comfortable. While not in the city center, it was easy to get there
by a trolley bus. It's located in a safe neighborhood. Overall, I
was very happy with this Guest House and highly recommend it for anyone
looking for budget accommodations in Sofia! -
It was a perfect guest house for our last night before flying home!
Close to the airport, so we didn't need to drive anymore with our
car into the centre of the city. There is a nice garden, where we could
stay and relax. The owner was very warm and kind, offered us some wine -
so we didn't have to go to the supermarket - and we had a nice talk
with him in the garden. The guest house is as descriped in letsbookhotel.com,
so we got what we expected and were happy!
