  I have to say it's a lovely place to stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful, food and appearance and location of the hotel are just excellent. I really enjoyed stay in the hotel Italia, and the next time I will visit Bulgaria I stay without a doubt in that place.

Nice room, 8 with sea view, 8 with parking view; also underground parking and both of them safety. Close location also to other restaurants; 5-10 minutes by car to Nessebar.   Really nice hotel. Friendly staff. Quite and pleasant atmosphere, not crowded as on Sunny Beach resort. Great pool, few steps on the stairs to the beach. Great beach: no rocks, not too deep for younger kids to play in the water. 5 min walk to the old town of Nessebar, which was our goal destination. - The hotel was clean and spotless and th... hva folk sier » e staff were super friendly and helpful with all our guest needs.   It is a nice place, close to the sea and beach, very convenient for its facilities -restaurant and shop, rent-a-car and interesting excursions, also it has nice children palygrounds and pools. The staff is very helpful and the appartment is nice nad clean. I had a really nice stay.
