They cleaned our rooom everyday. The sheets were changed at middle of our stay. It was relatively close to the beach and to the main atractions. The receptionist understands english. Very nice stuff.

The Nessebar Royal Palace is very pleasant local hotel well situated in the old town. The hotel is well kept and furnished to a high standard. Staff were friendly and helpful. Access to the historic sites is excellent.

Excellent personnel, everyone seems really happy, great service skills, especially in the restaurant, lets don't forget the excellent food, compliments to the chef and the servers! Rooms are very spacey and newly furnished. Key point was the location, it just can't be better! Great athmosphere around the pool, thanks to the staff working there!

Really nice staff! The lady (receptionist I guess) spoke very good English and that is not so usual in Bulgaria. I saw that they are totally focused on providing cosy staying at their hotel. -
