  The staff were very polite. The room was big and clean. There was an baby bed in the room for our baby! - Very good possition close to pedestrian area and the sea. Room, probably, was just renowated and very clean.

  Panorama is awesome, the room is large and has a lot of features, but needs a little bit refurbishment (at least the one we stayed in). The bathroom was also great and in top condition, only that a heavy smell could be noticed after the fan was working.   The staff are very helpful. The hotel is small and friendly. We only stayed for one night and use them everytime we go to Varna now. You have to reserve parking which is good as there is really no parking in this area.   The location is great, only 5 mins to the sea. Also there is great shopping center just near the Sea Park where you can buy everything you need - food etc. The staff is nice and helpful. Rooms clear and newly refurbished. Highly recommended! - everthing was brill no faults at all
