I recommend this hotel.
Very good ratio between price and value.
We spend there almost two weeks at the end of summer holiday.
Our room was pretty. Facing from the busy street, but the noise level was in tolerable range.
As a huge plus I also see the presence of functional air conditioning and refrigerator in the room that was frequently used by us.
Cleaning ladies / maids daily strew our bed, exchanged towels and cleaned the bathroom.

Not far away to the city center but not very close. 10 min walk or bus 211. Bus is only 1 leva. With city cab 2 leva (1 €). People were very nice at the reception. As the room didn't look the boulevard the room was quiet and peaceful. Sheets and towels clean.
Reasonably priced for Burgas. Clean and comfortable. Location isn't pretty but it's a short walk to the central area.
The staff was very kind and responsive. The hotel is easy locate for main city roads and train station.

The hotel is poorly marked on pavement side which makes it difficult to find. Before arriving I recommend use street view via Google maps.
There was a bad smell of cigarette smoke in the room and hair on the floor. Could have been cleaner.

The rooms are without balcons. There no parking area. It has only 3 or 4 parking seats. This is understandable because hotel is locate near by the busy avenue.
