I could not fault this place. Staff went out of their way to make our
stay there the best it could be. Not only did they allow us to check-in
to our room at 5am (normal check-in is at 2pm) but they helped book our
transfers, provided extra in their welcome pack (beers, wine,
biscuits..), brought our food orders from the pub to our room and

Adam and Christian were very friendly and extremely supportive. The price was excellent, my room was comfy and clean, the gym and pool facilities were a very welcoming touch, breakfast was 'spot-on' and the location was great. I recommend this for any young professional looking for a great skiing holiday at an affordable price.

We were in the apartment for 3 person. We liked the view to the mountain, the location that is upper on the mountain, it's quiet and relaxing, the spa, the big pool, the heated chairs, the fireplace at the entrance, the polite staff.
The design of the rooms is very modern.
We had all the amenities in the kitchen (we even had a dish washer). Bathrobes and slippers are provided on the reception.

Absolutely great friendly staff, Eva can help you to arrange everything, Mario can assist you at any time, Via does fantastic Balinese massage and everyone else is just as wonderful. The hotel has a nice atmosphere, very cosy bar with a fire to relax after a ski day! Also hot jacuzzi outside was very nice. The room was spacious and quiet. Breakfast was good. Shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes to take you to the gondola and back. On the whole my stay was extremely pleasant!

Nice view from the window. Big apartment, quite and noisy district. In the room is the small kitchen with toaster, microwave and everything to prepare a meal. The staff is nice. And breakfast is quite good.

I have stayed several times in the Cedar Lodge and I have to say it is one of the best places to stay in Bansko considering a good balance between quality and price.It is next to the lifts,only 2-3 minutes walk to the gondola and there is always a place to put the car for free(public,open-air of course).Really nice apartments always very clean and

We stayed with 2 kids (1 and 4 year old) and their grandma to housekeep and consider these appartments to be a perfect choice for this. The rooms are very spacious and excellent value for money. The location is perfect. Very close to the gondola and we could easily take the gondola up twice per day. On top of that Bansko is an excellent ski resort with perfect slopes for advanced skiers.
