  We had 2 bedroom apartment and it was very spacious, all furniture andequipment was basic but new and comfortable. 2 bathrooms(shower/bathtub) clean. Except for the floor everything was clean, floorwas not perfect but next day they cleaned it. There is no elevator, wehad 1st floor apartment it was ok but if you are higher up and withsmall children ... hva folk sier » it may be a small issue. - Everything was advertised,except distance to gondola.The district was quite yrt reasonably central.

  Everyone at the Hotel was extremely friendly and very helpful. They drew maps of the area and suggested good places to eat and drink and hire equipment. We were offered lifts to the gondola by the owner of the Hotel and they even upgraded our room during our stay. I will definately be going back again and recommend staying here to anyone. - The ho... hva folk sier » tel has an excellent location, right in the center of the Bansko town. It has wonderful English onwers, very helpful in giving us all details for spending a marvellous time during our vacation.
