  The location is just perfect. It is right in the center of the old city center (upper city). A perfect location to explore Salvador. The area the hotel is in is newly renovated and is safe to walk around freely during days and nights. Staff speaks really good English and are extremely helpful. We went for a professional capoeira show in the evening just about 5 minutes from the hotel – supposingly one of the best in Brazil. - The hotel is charming. The staff are among the nicest, most helpful and accommodating I've found in all my travelling. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, the bed could have slept 4 people! The location of the hotel was great for tourists, shopping (although touristy shopping mostly) and taxis were abundant and within a 1 minute walk. Good restaurants were plentiful within walking distance as well.

  Staff is very friendly and always do their best to satisfy you. Variety and quality of breakfasts really is appreciable. Luxury rooms are very clean and comfortable. The gym, sauna and swiming pool on the roof were unexpected ! However, I would recommand the hotel for people who are keen on taking the bus every time they want to move around or if... hva folk sier » they have a car. - The room was huge and the fittings of great quality. The staff were very helpful. Our first time staying there and as regular visitors to Salvador we shall be back there---a shame wewiated so long to try it.
