Great hotel and we had a lovely stay. They upgraded us to a bungalow for free. The manager and staff were super helpful even though our Spanglish was not great. They really bent over backwards and went out of their way to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. Breakfast was good, with options. Location was within a 5 min walk to everything in Leticia

Staff here were fantastic. We arrived at 3am in the morning, with a booking for the next night. They gave us a room nonetheless, and only charged us for the half night on arrival. Casa Teatro is situated right next to the Opera House and a fantastic little town square, with all sorts of various restaurants, bars and entertainers around the area.

The customer service was great. I arrived early in the morning as I had taken a night bus to Manaus and I was able to get access to my room straightaway. Also I had breakfast on arrival as I was going to leave too early the next morning. An early mor n.ing caB was booked efficiently for me.

I booked at the last minute and found the hotel to be a great location, close to the airport and also very close to Opera house and old city center of Manaus.
It is a good price and convenient for travelers coming to Manaus as a start and finish to a jungle tour.
