  Good hotel, not the most cheap one but all accomodation in the Pantanal is expensive. If you visit, you understand why. It is far from everything. Worth to mention that price is for full board. Rooms are basic but clean. Food is also basic,"farmer style" but good and there is always a variety of choice. Staff is helpfull but none speaks English. Andre is truly lovely and took us on a horse back trip and a trip to the next lodge when we where to only guest - Wonderful place to stay in Pantanal! Full comfort in surroundings of rich wild nature. Note, that one night price includes 3 meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and one free excursion (boat trip or horce riding), therefore the price is not so high. Meals are various and good. We strongly recommend evening boat excursion - you will see a lot of wildlife on the background of fantastic sunset.
