  The staff were constantly pleasant and helpful. Every bit of the hotel was clean and tidy. The hotel is ideally located near a few bars and restaurants which are within walking distance and those further away don't cost much in a taxi.   The best of this hotel is the location, wirght on the beach Ponta Negra. It has a nice deck and pool area by the beach, very relaxing. Staff was very friendly and helpful, they gave us very nice suggestions where to go, what to do. Natal is a great city to go. I was there just for 3 days and I am certainly going back. - The music at dinner.
