It is not bad, but it is not good as well. The best of this hotel is the location. Staff is friendly, but untrained. If you don't need to be on a very comfortable place, this is a good choice due to location. The cleaning is okay.
The internet was free and worked very well.
The "pool" was always empty which means there were no loud kids jumping around.

Good location. Good breakfast.
Lack of training for the staff. Even though I made the reservation two months in advance and requested rooms near each other (to stay close to the kids), the request was ignored. We could not even stay on the same floor.
This hotel is overpriced but this is so in nearly all hotels in
Northeast Brazil.
The breakfast is ok and changes from day to day.
The A/C needs replacement. They are too noisy . It is impossible to turn it on.
In general, the appearance is not good due to bad materials used.
A basic hotel room- nothing great!.
