Customer services is excellent. I got all detailed information of how to get there from the airport before I arrived. A tourism map is provided once you check in. Suggestions of where to go are also given at the same time. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The hostel is very clean and colourful. There're so many stylish decoration and items around the building. New and old. Really unique. Like a tourist attraction, you'll want to take a lot of pictures. They have garbage bins assigned to di.
