Staff had some English which was very nice and helpful.
We asked to check out late because our bus was in the evening and we were given more time than we asked for without any fuss.

Excellent location away from the noise of the town centre, but still on
the main road so you can get down there by bus or taxi in only five
minutes. Also, unlike many bh hotels the windows are double-glazed so
you won't get woken up every ten minutes by buses and motorbikes.
The staff were polite, efficient and amicable, unlike those at the
Mecure

Location is brilliant, in the middle of lots of bars and restaurants and to a nice shopping mall.
The room was very large with a proper sitting room, small dining table and counter.
The décor it's no prize winning design but it's modern enough.

The end units all have a balcony. All are two room suites; makes for lots of room.

Best hotel I have found in Belo for the price, which was decent. I will definitely stay next year when I return on business. The room was huge, very clean, contemporary and the hotel is in a good spot. Great restaurants nearby. -
Location is excelent. There is a mall close by and it's only 5min walk from Central Market.
