Location with natural surroundings was absolutely wonderful, so was the view. The breakfast was one of the best we had in Brasil. What made our stay special though, was the friendliness and warmth of the German owner and Guilherme, the manager. -

The pousada is really nice, wonderful location, inside yard and breakfast. The staff is always helpful and gave us some tips, rooms simple but have all you need and are always clean. Definitely worth it and definitely recomendable. -

We had a wonderful stay at Sagu and the host, Jean Louis, and all the staff really looked after us. We were with another family and between us we had two toddlers. Our children were made to feel very welcome and the chef's made child friendly meals which we really appreciated. The bungalows had gorgeous beach and garden views and overall our stay was excellent.

Pousada e Restaurante O Pescador is located on the beach. In the evening there are candlelit tables where you can eat. very tasty food. When we entered our room, we were amazed by the luxury, very clean, modern furnishings. Compared with all the hotels in this price range, which we had this trip, this is by far the best! I loved the location because it was in front of the ocean so I was able to sleep to the sound of waves every night. In addition the rooms were very clean and had air conditioning. Best of all was the view from our room and the hammock that they had on the balcony, which was very romantic. The price was excellent for the service we got. The food at the restaurant was also really good and romantic because they seat you right on the beach by candlelight.

This Pousada was the highlight of our trip to Brazil. Located on a lovely beach (we had it to ourselves for 2 days) the rooms all overlook the beautiful bay and have hammocks to laze around in. They are clean and comfortable.
It is away from the main town and although more expensive than some Pousadas, this includes free transfers to the island

It was like paradise. the pousade is located in a private bay at the seaside with private beach. food was excellent. Staff especially Dominique the cook and caretaker was very nice. She speaks very well english and made us feel really welcome. Her food was delicious.
