Very nice hotel, helpful and charming personel, fitness room with not so many equipments as the sporty people would desire, but nice that it was there (we used it !), sauna and hammam!, room was very clean and gorgeous!-al in all I would give all 5 stars for this hotel. Recommend other people to stay in this hotel if they ever visit Kortrijk:-) - T

We stayed in the Gastenkamers (B&B) which were just up the road from the hotel itself. The room was charming and very large with an ingenious "fold-out" balcony. The shower was a fantastic large walk-in with a great rainshower. -

An excellent hotel and the staff superb. Because of industrial strikes at the ports we did not arrive until after midnight and the hotel arranged keys for us outside and upgraded our room with a beautiful bathroom to get over our bad journey.
