  We stayed in the Gastenkamers (B&B) which were just up the road from the hotel itself. The room was charming and very large with an ingenious "fold-out" balcony. The shower was a fantastic large walk-in with a great rainshower. - The room was amazing, decorated delightfully, spacious, wonderful bathroom and facilities - fridge, coffee making ... hva folk sier » facilities, lovely robes & bed linen.   Very helpful, very friendly the room was large and clean the location was excellent for walking/shopping/exploring further afield and only a short drive to the port of Dunkirk. The architecture is fabulous and is a privilege to see and stay in this beautiful building. Close to the town centre and the Ghent-Wevelgem route!! Friendly and helpful family staff. We stayed with a 2 year old and they were very accommodating. Breakfast was an absolute pleasure including the "crumbled" eggs!!
