  Veldig sentralt - The staff was amazing. From the moment we checked in, they were bendingover backwards to make us comfortable and to help us in any waypossible. When our baby got sick, all three front-desk staffers weresimultaneously on their cell phones, calling doctors, pharmacies, andfriends who had babies (and might therefore know something ab... hva folk sier » out whathappens when a baby gets sick).   I read the reviews and was expecting much less. I found it a GREAT value. If you need a hotel close to the Brussels Airportm this place serves your needs well and it was only 15Euros via taxi to the airport. - Very useful location on the edge of Brussels (near airport) and a good stopping off point.   Very good shuttle to and from the airport. Clean comfortable very quiet rooms with coffee and minibar. Well kept public areas, pool, and garden. As mid range airport hotels go, this is an excellent one. - i was there only for 1 night, 6 hours, but i liked the shuttle bus and the bed, shuttle bus could go more late the last trip

  Very friendly staff indeed! - Everything was first class and we had a great stay. We liked everything. The friendliness, helpful, very honest people who couldn't do enough for you, the service feels family run (which it is). You could'nt be closer to central Leuven = the most elegant three star hotel we have stayed in Leuven. Good sized quiet room ... hva folk sier » with double bed. breakfast was beautifully presented with a wide range of choice. - The location is central and perfect, the hotel was comfortable, clean and the staff were wonderful. Breakfast was great. Would stay here again rather than anywhere else in this town.

  The room was clean and comfortable. The refrigerator was an excellent inclusion. Bathroom, shower, water pressure + hot/cold -all very good - Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Very nice vicinity - park of Tervuren, African museum.
