A very warm welcome with champagne!
Great room, we had the standard room. Very nice, different than other places, nice details, we loved the wooden floors.
Nice breakfast with champagne, very nice touch.

Location in the tiny village was perfect!
The garden looked very nice, we didn't really use it as the restaurant was closed.

The breakfast was the best I have ever had. Champagne is standard in the breakfast. Extremely good value for money. The two people running this are very friendly. The restaurant, in the garden, looked very very nice(but we didn't eat there). Our rooms was very cosy and has a very nice antique feeling (but not too chique), but are maybe a bit dark.

Just returned from a fantastic weekend staying in the Hotel Le Nid d'Izel Gaume-Ardenne with a group of 20+ friends and Marc & his wife took such good care of us all!
Fluent in English they went beyond the usual call of duty helping us to arrange restaurant and taxi reservations (not easy for 20+ people!!) and let us fully explore their fine selection of Belgian beers (I dare anyone to try the Trappist Monk Challenge!!)
Already starting to arrange (and looking forward to) our return in 2014

Hotel was excellent right in the center a few steps from the main square. Good sized room, clean, self service breakfast continental type, reception not manned 24x7 video link so when you are wandering around someone arrives, kinda weird big brother thing. Off street covered parking right across the street, come and go as you please with code.
