  We thought that the accommodation was of a high standard, and the theme of our roo alarmingly quirky. We were made to feel very welcome, and all the staff were friendly and helpful without being fussy. We had come away for a couple of quiet days as a 'bolt-hole' away from the demands of our work, and we were pleased to find Namur a perfect place t... hva folk sier » o have such a break. - Beautiful design, interior decoration. Friendly staff. Arrived super late at the bar for a drink and staff still served us with a smile. Took a quick trip to the sauna, nice facilities , small but just what I needed. Good breakfast.

  We loved that we were met at the entrance and taken directly to our suite, without having to pass by reception! We were shown how to get to a great restaurant 10 minutes away. We had a suite with terrace which was very well equipped, very modern (the hotel opened Oct 2012), with kitchen/living area and a separate lounge with funky chairs. We didn't use the spa facilities but were given a tour and we will be coming back for - The young man, Nicolas, who welcomed us and dealt with everything we needed on both occasions we stayed. All the other staff were excellent too.

  As soon as we walked into reception we knew we were going to enjoy our stay. Roberto the owner was very welcoming and an excellent host. The decor of the whole place was luxurious and fabulous. Breakfast the next morning was beautiful fresh croissants and Roberto couldn't have been more attentive. The house is beautiful and a truly relaxing, comfortable place to stay. Breakfast was superb. The setting is excellent; we had a lovely walk along the river and an excellent meal at L'O a la Bouche nearby.
