  The staff were really friendly and helpful. The design of the hotel was modern and arty. It was quite well located, only 10 minutes walk from the museum area/ Palais Real. The rooms were clean and comfortable- Breakfast was nice; there were plenty of cereals, bread, croissants and meat/cheese. It is located one street back from a main road and within reasonable walking distance to the main square.   Breakfast was excellent. - Mine was a business trip and as I dislike soulless hotel blocks I decided to give Hotel Le Berger a try. The hotel is well located for the European Parliament and Commission which were a brief walk away. The beds are very confortable. It used to be a house of rendez-vous in the early 30's, they have kept that romantic feeling about it; some locals still book a room there every Friday at 2:30pm for the past 20 years..The hotel is busy
