  The hotel is beautiful. It is great to stay in a place that belonged to a famous artist - Samuel Coucke - and was restored with such love and care. You should definately ask about the history of this house - it is very interesting. The right place to stay in Brugge to fill the air of the city. There are 2 partkings near to the hotel ('T Zand parking cost less than 9 Euro per day - a very reasonable price in - The room was very large and lovely with a four poster bed and living room area. The bathroom was large and very up-to-date with an amazing stained glass window that had been made long ago at this very house. Staff/owner was very friendly and helpful. The fresh breakfast was wonderful and all this was within a 10 minute walk to the main plaza. We wish we had booked more than one night and plan to go back the next time we're in Europe.

  We liked EVERYTHING about Canal Deluxe! The owners of Canal Deluxe made us feel very welcome and at home. Even the cute dog made us feel super welcome! The house was beautiful; very romantic with the fireplace and the winding stairs.
