The location was convenient to Gare du Midi and the center. The hotel itself was in a very cute area, a little quiet at night, but still safe. The service was friendly and helpful, the room was small but sufficient, the bathroom was large and in good working order, and the breakfast was really amazing. The apartment is very very nice and comfortable. The bed is perfect. The kitchen is fully equipped and easily allows the preparation of meals (despite the microscopic table for consuming them). The location is very convenient for the Brussels-Midi station (15 minutes walk) and the center (15 minutes walk, but at a good pace). Perfect for our needs

overview of the city, and was readily available at any time because the
intercom rings to her phone when she is not on premises. The rooms were
capacious and clean. I particularly liked the very large windows which

Helpful staff; room was small, but I'm traveling alone and the room and it was a very nice small room. Free internet and breakfast were also a plus. - Very good central situation near a main shopping area, great hotel with very comfortable rooms (ensuite bathroom) and great breakfast.

Jean-Paul was incredibly welcoming and friendly -- he made a detailed introduction of Brussels when he knew it's our first time there. The rooms were incredibly clean and spacious. The kitchen had all the basic stuff you'd need and there's even a Nespresso machine! Tea and coffee were always well-stocked. There was a great selection of TV channels

The room was very spacious and clean with a well equipped and stocked kitchen. Koen was a most gracious host, full of information. He carried our bags up and down to and from our room which we, as a mature couple, greatly appreciated. Cleanliness of the facilities was immaculate. The location is very good.
