Jean-Paul was incredibly welcoming and friendly -- he made a detailed introduction of Brussels when he knew it's our first time there. The rooms were incredibly clean and spacious. The room was very spacious and clean with a well equipped and stocked kitchen. Koen was a most gracious host, full of information. He carried our bags up and down to and from our room which we, as a mature couple, greatly appreciated. Cleanliness of the facilities was immaculate. The location is very good.

We reserved a studio which turned out to be very nice the 2 guys at the
reception were very polite and very friendly. Its a 10-15 mins walk from
the center (brussels is small , u can walk throughout the whole city)
the location near brussels-midi station is great
the studio felt like home , which is awesome . at some point we preferred staying in the studio rather than going out ... :-)

I love the hotel because it big enough, clean, and has good design. They have a small kitchen, so its a bit like small apartment. And in the kitchen they prepare microwave, spoon, palte, etc. Those are very usefull for us because i can microwave my food from yesterday, since in Europe they serve quite big portion compared in Indonesia.
