The location of the hotel was excellent, just a mere 2 minute walk from Bruxelles Midi which gave easy access to the railway trains and metro. By metro, we could reach the city centre easily within 10 minutes. The room was extremely spacious, comfortable and clean. It was a luxurious and highly enjoyable stay. There was also a kettle and LCD TV in the room. We also enjoyed using the toiletries provided by the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to visitors travelling to Brussels.

Friendly and helpful staffs, especially the young receptionist lady who checked us in at 8am although the check in time is 3pm. Great location (especially if you have a lot of luggage and is arrive/depart from this midi Zuid station)and the City centre is just one stop away which is about 5 minutes journey. Room is clean and bed is really comfortable. Will stay there again if visit Brussels in the future

Særdeles serviceinnstilt resepsjonist. Da jeg spurte etter Metrostasjonen, ble han med ut på gaten for å rettlede meg. Neste kveld da det regnet, tilbød han meg uoppfordrest å låne en paraply. The staff person who checked us in and out was friendly, efficient, and helpful. We were greeted warmly upon our arrival and that set the tone for the entire stay. Kudos to that associate; I wish I could recall his name. Also, the hotel was very comfortable and quiet, and the room was well appointed. The sound proof windows worked like a charm even though our room was over a busy street. The location was good for us because we used the Midi station coming and going and for a day trip.

We loved our room, great bed, bathroom etc... and the breakfast buffet in the morning was terrific. On arrival at the hotel (3 hours before official check-in) we were
warmly welcomed, our luggage stored and given a map and some advise on
exploring the local area.
We returned around 4pm and were directed to our room, the room was immaculate, and the bed very comfy :-)

Great location! Very close to the centrum and train station. The hotel
is surrounded by several great bars and restaurants. Staff was very
professional and accommodating. We arrived after the kitchen quite late
and the bartender/receptionist were very helpful in providing late
night snacks and drinks -- great staff! Free wifi with reasonable speed.
Breakfast was great, although a bit expensive (20 euro) if not reserved
in advanced.
