I recently stayed in your hotel over the weekend of the 16/17th March. I was very impressed by the facilities and convenient location for the train station and market on Sunday. I was also impressed by one of your members of staff called Denise (who I believe is Dutch).

The location of the hotel was excellent, just a mere 2 minute walk from Bruxelles Midi which gave easy access to the railway trains and metro. By metro, we could reach the city centre easily within 10 minutes. The room was extremely spacious, comfortable and clean. It was a luxurious and highly enjoyable stay. There was also a kettle and LCD TV in the room. We also enjoyed using the toiletries provided by the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to visitors travelling to Brussels.

Very nice B&B, close to Brussels Midi train station. Owner very pleasant. Room I was in (India Room) was basically an efficiency apartment with fully equipped kitchen and dining table. As it is a B&B, there is not daily room make up. You make your own bed. Free WiFi. Breakfast is continental with pastries, bread, yogurt, cheese, fresh fruit, coffee and juice.

Friendly and helpful staffs, especially the young receptionist lady who checked us in at 8am although the check in time is 3pm. Great location (especially if you have a lot of luggage and is arrive/depart from this midi Zuid station)and the City centre is just one stop away which is about 5 minutes journey. Room is clean and bed is really comfortable. Will stay there again if visit Brussels in the future

Særdeles serviceinnstilt resepsjonist. Da jeg spurte etter Metrostasjonen, ble han med ut på gaten for å rettlede meg. Neste kveld da det regnet, tilbød han meg uoppfordrest å låne en paraply. The staff person who checked us in and out was friendly, efficient, and helpful. We were greeted warmly upon our arrival and that set the tone for the entire stay. Kudos to that associate; I wish I could recall his name. Also, the hotel was very comfortable and quiet, and the room was well appointed. The sound proof windows worked like a charm even though our room was over a busy street. The location was good for us because we used the Midi station coming and going and for a day trip.

We arrived at the hotel around 8 am which is way before the regular check-in time but we were checked in and given our keys and our room nonetheless (we notified them of the situation when we booked). To a weary traveler who had spent 2 weeks already on the road, that was heaven and we are very grateful. The hotel breakfast is substantial. The bathroom is relatively huge. It is very near the transportation stop, and all around are restaurants and commercial establishments.
