Beautiful rooms, stylish design. We stayed in Graaf Van Vlaanderen Room (Executive Double Room) and Modern Room (Deluxe Double Room with Balcony). Both are cosy.
It's nice to sit by a fireplace with a beer. :)

Unique! Lovely big room. Interesting lighting. Very comfortable. WiFi good. Air con welcome as we visited during a hot spell. Good breakfast. Private parking, though a short walk away. Generally quiet (though see downside). Very convenient for old quarter. Didn't use TV (huge) nor fire as too short a stay / summer, but nice to have. Would return.

From the minute we stepped inside Dewaterzooi we loved it. We were met with a welcome drink and sat down at the table with the owners who told us what Ghent had to offer. Our room was lovely, looking out over the old castle walls and onto the bustling square below. Our suite had a large flat screen TV and very comfy armchairs and a sofa, an honesty bar and tea and coffee facilities. The bedroom and bathroom were superb.
