Very friendly and helpful staff. Indeed, a value-for-money hotel with basic though nicely served breakfast, comfy double beds, clean rooms. Excellently located close to the EC and NATO institutions. The family room - 4 beds - was ideal for us. Breakfast was included. The
restaurant was closed during our stay but we found a few restaurants
nearby. Great value for the one night. Transport to city centre (bus)
was about 20 minutes and really no problem.

The rooms were very big. Booked a twin and got a room with 3 singles for same price. Had a balcony too. Very clean. Easy to hop on the tram outside the hotel and be in the old city centre in a few minutes. Many arabic restuarants nearby with delicious food at very cheap prices.

- staff was very professional and proactive - not so common.
- rich breakfast at set time in the room (actually found it outside at 6 am since I was busy, perfect)

I love the hotel because it big enough, clean, and has good design. They have a small kitchen, so its a bit like small apartment. And in the kitchen they prepare microwave, spoon, palte, etc. Those are very usefull for us because i can microwave my food from yesterday, since in Europe they serve quite big portion compared in Indonesia.
