A special promotion offered free drinks from the minibar and a free buffet breakfast which was excellent. The front office was very friendly and helpful.   The hotel is very nice! Very nice big bed and good quality of bedding (pillows, cover). After the booking was done unexpected I had to take my (2) kids to the trip. I was not charhed anything extra for them! Thanks! - Large room with flat screen tv. Enjoyed the free drinks from the mini bar. Nice bathroom. Would definately stay again.

  The staff was excellent and we ate at the hotel and the food was excellent as well. When I'm in Brussels again I will be back to your hotel. Thanks for everything. - The staff was friendly and spoke English. The shuttle was convenient and free. We were glad to have a pool. The room was nice.

The location is convenient if you have a car and are travelling to Brussels for 1 or two days only.   I arrived early morning after a flight from New York and was courteously greeted by a staff member who invited me to relax in their lobby and have a cup of coffee while they attended to having a room ready as soon as possible despite the fact it was well prior to their official check-in time. After having travelled for nearly a month it was both ... hva folk sier » a delight and a blessing to find a place which treated one as a human being and not merely an object from whom to extract the most money for the least - The location is fantastic. Only few minutes walk from the metro station. Comfortable apartment, with a nice bed and living room. The staff was very nice, especially Marteen, who agreed for late check-out till almost 3pm. He also gave us his computer for a while so we could check in for our flights and he didn't charge us for either of those things. Very nice person.
