I liked the location, the anonymity and the ease of access. The room was clean, nicely decorated, warm and inviting. The bathroom was very beautifully finished in marble and was attractively designed. -
Mix up meant I did not get code in advance but staff sorted it out in minutes and were very professional.

The location is fantastic. Only few minutes walk from the metro station. Comfortable apartment, with a nice bed and living room. The staff was very nice, especially Marteen, who agreed for late check-out till almost 3pm. He also gave us his computer for a while so we could check in for our flights and he didn't charge us for either of those things. Very nice person.

The suites are spacious, and the beds very comfortable. It was easy to check in and out next door at the Renaissance, staff were very pleasant and efficient. A cab stand was a block away, and often cabs were in front of the Renaissance. The neighborhood was interesting, quiet, unthreatening, and convenient to Brussels attractions.

I love the hotel because it big enough, clean, and has good design. They have a small kitchen, so its a bit like small apartment. And in the kitchen they prepare microwave, spoon, palte, etc. Those are very usefull for us because i can microwave my food from yesterday, since in Europe they serve quite big portion compared in Indonesia.
