The staff were excellent, particularly the front desk, they were knowledgeable about local access, e.g. trains, buses, trams, shopping. The restaurant staff were also friendly and helpful.The apartment was very comfortable, down to the heated floor in the bathroom, a spacious shower area and quality fittings.

We liked everything about the hotel: forthcoming and courteous staff, beautifully designed and appointed rooms, excellent breakfast buffet. Perfect location. - We had a nice discount, so we stayed in this very luxurious hotel for the price of a 2 or 3 star hotel. Everything was spotless. And the location is supurb!

The hotel is an attractive, nicely restored mansion that is close to train station ( walk in 15 minutes) and the tram or bus to get to the old city is only a block away. Take tram 4 from the train station if you do not want to walk to the hotel. Get off at the 3rd stop then walk one block.

large mansion which used to be a number of things in the past and is
nicely transformed into a (mere) fifteen room accommodation. The king-

Really helpful and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. Will definatly be staying at this hotel again. Quite difficult to find hotel parking due to one way systems and pedestrian streets but hotel staff were brilliant with directions. - The location in the town centre. The hotel was open just in January 2008. Each room is decorated with a different style and with the best purpose possible. Best materials used for construction. Great apartment, good size we have twin boys age 14 and 2 dogs. Fantastic location, nearby parking great value. Dog toilet just around the corner newly refurbished . Owner is a lovely man with grat sense of humour. Very casual and relaxed.lots of stairs good exercise. -
