Ideally situated for racing enthusiasts and the Spa-Francorchamps track. since you can get to it on foot or watch the racing cars from the first floor.This cottage is the ideal starting point for visits to nearby tourist centres such as Spa. Malmédy. Stavelot. Aywaille. the Hautes Fagnes....Not forgetting the closeness of the downhill and cross-country ski runs 2 km away and also the nearby countryside.Please note: Between 15/03 and 15/10 this cottage is ONLY intended for enthusiasts of motor racing in all its forms given the possible noise from racing cars on the track 300 metres away (precise programme available on request).
