It has the feel of a home from home, but at the standard of an immaculate show home! - friendliness and informality: it was lovely to be able to use the kitchen and living areas, and when I was late for breakfast they were quite happy to let me have some anyway. The rooms are clean, stylish and modern. I think the idea is you can make it homely with your own things during your stay, but the decor is left plain and uncluttered. It is well-positioned for the European Quarter.

We enjoyed the tennis facilities and the pool during our stay in Brussels. The location is outside the city center but it is on the train line so not difficult to get into town to spend the day sightseeing. A nice place to relax at the end of a busy day. -

In a friendly, nice district, close to a huge park. Good public transport connection. Modern, minimal style furniture design. No 24h reception - still they are very flexible in check-in and check-out times if you inform the manager in advance. WiFi was free in spite of the website says the opposite (maybe depends on the length of stay.) -

B&B Josaphat is a true gem! The room and bathroom were clean, spacious, very nicely decorated and quiet. The minibar was well-stocked with drinks and there even was a coffeemaker (high quality coffee) and water cooker for tea. The hosts are very friendly and did their utmoast to make my stay comfortable. Breakfast was very nice with home made bread, bio produce of local origin and very tasty coffee. I stayed in B&B Ambiorix with my wife and three children (2,5,8) for two nights.
The owner is extremely nice and welcomed us very warmly, provided guidance about the city and answered all our questions.
We stayed on the first floor in two connected rooms. The rooms are very spacious and everything was very clean and comfortable.

The owners were really nice and helpful. It was easy to find and in a nice neighbourhood. My room was on the first floor and was nice, quiet and warm. Breakfast was great and gives you a nice family feeling. I just realized I used the word ''nice'' four times but that word best sums up the experience :)

It is stylish and modern, very comfortable. The host was very kind, he gave very good advices where to start the sightseeing, were to find good restaurants, shops and chocolatier. It has a mini bibliotheque with tourist guides. The breakfast was very good, you shouldn't miss the pancake made by the host and the freshly made, still hot croissant. I give the highest rate for the host's hospitality and I highly recommend this wonderful B&B.

The suites are spacious, and the beds very comfortable. It was easy to check in and out next door at the Renaissance, staff were very pleasant and efficient. A cab stand was a block away, and often cabs were in front of the Renaissance. The neighborhood was interesting, quiet, unthreatening, and convenient to Brussels attractions.
