Very good value accommodation, great watermark for kids even those aged 12. Good you can take dogs but should sell dog poo bags in the shop! Comfortable beds, good house layout and warm in winter. Really friendly staff and good to have lots of life guards at the pool. Free evening entertainment. This was a great location, 20 mins drive from Brugge. It is a resort with lots of things for children to do....big pool with water slides, large indoor playground. The chalets are well equipped and nice and clean. Not a luxury resort but great for people on a budget.

The staff evidently put the families of the same nationality together in one row. This helped with direct contacts. Love the cottage and the pool. My daughter wants to come back. The location of the sun park, the different spa and swimming pool facilities. perfect for family with kids, sport, leisure, nature, swimming ... child friendly no cars allowed in the park. The water world, the concept of the little houses, the comfortable matress. The accomodation was a good size and clean but did not have an oven. Staff. 25 min walk from house to beach. No place to store a bike at the house and having a bike for everyone is quite important as it is a good 5 to 10 min walk to the park centre and you end up going back and forth a lot. Eating at the resort is very expensive. The Prices were quite high. Eating outlets , not good or too expensive. house needs refurbishment. Cooking facilities were poor and had to move cottage due to insect infestation. The place has seen better days. Having to bring everything-to include sheets, towels, hand soap and TP was a pain-and not worth it for a short trip. Lots of stag parties that weekend meant not much sleep. Very disappointed with "My letsbookhotel.com", checked the booking one week prior to my arrival and was told that everything was in order. When we arrived there was no booking due to a error by "My letsbookhotel.com" and they were completely full. It was only due to a cancellation that we could have a bungalow mainly because we had a 22 month youngster with us. This was not how it was planned. The paths between the houses and the centre have 20cm high wooden posts to stop traffic. They are all unlit and many are badly maintained and have reflectors broken off. My wife fell over one of these in the dark (poorly lit walkways) damaging her hand and knee. Accident form completed. I regard these as a major trip hazard in the dark. the poor cleanness of the accommodation and generally speaking all the activities needs renovation. mostly everything could use a touch of renovation. comfort/hygiene could be better. Needing to pay extra for sheets or bringing your own. The stove that didn't heat anything up, impossible to cook a meal. the lack of stove in a little house. The house was old, cold and not very clean. The new more expansive houses looked much more comfortable. The parking area for your car and facilities for the site was to far for comfort from the accomadation, about half a miles walk ,you was only allowed to enter site with car on day of arrival and day of departure this was so that you could unload and load your luggage from your car,staff rather abrupt,site facilities was not for us,did not enjoy the experience of staying in a old centre parks site now being run by sun parks.
