We were delighted at the beautiful entrance with enormous candles either side of the Mews entrance, the wonderful Christmas decorations and the charm of the building and furnishings.   We stayed in a room that was in a tower. The room would be for 4 guests included a double bed and two twins in a loft area. The room had the most amazing bath tub.   The excellent location near the city's center. Very friendly and helfpful staff and the fantastic medieval decor within the hotel. I can only recommend this hotel! - Everything - the location, the room, the service, the breakfast, the cleaniness. Exceptional front desk staff. Will be heading back in the next few months.
