  The staff couldn't do enough for you. Whatever you needed they were there to advise or point you in the right direction. The food was excellent. having the spa was great, especially after a day on the slopes.The location is absolutely brilliant, literally a minutes walk from the bars, restaurants etc and 5 minutes to the city express to get to th... hva folk sier » e slopes. Bathroom was also large and spotless. Staff is very polite and helpful. The hotel is centrally located, 10min walk from railway station, 5 minutes walk from buses going to Kaprun and Kitzsteinhorn cable car or locally to Schmittenbahn, 5 min walk to the lake promenade and boats, restaurants and shops nearby. The restaurant has good and affordable food for an evening meal. Internet wireless worked very well.
