The apartment had two separate rooms which was great for traveling with kids, the location was perfect for Zell Am See in summer (close to the beach and the pool), breakfast was plentiful and yummy, the hotel was comfortable and clean and the staff was really lovely! We would absolutely stay here again.

First of all,Haus Ditzer is located very close to center, where
restaurants, bars, small shops,lifts, E.T.c are situated (only 2 minutes
by car). The rooms are comfortable and very clean and the Marcus is
friendly and always at our disposal. You really shouldn't miss
breakfast.Very good value for money. Overall what I have to say is that
although we came to Zell am See for holidays , and we'll surely be
staying at Haus Ditzer!!

Staff Monika is a very helpful staff also others staffs was so so friendly, I was booked a full board package they offerd me free breakfast+lunch+dinner and free drinks from 10am to 10pm.

The owners and caretaker are very helpful. They gave us very good advice on local attractions. Hospitable family environment, beautiful and clean room. Rich and very tasty breakfast.The entire staff is very friendly to children. Zell am See - Kaprun Summer Card with a lot of discounts and free attractions was included for free. Very nice and cozy wellness and pool with counter.Thanks to the excellent accommodation, we increased the enjoyment of the holiday. We would be back soon.

Our trip had us staying here for 4 nights, 2 and then another 2 about 10 days later. We got to stay in two very different rooms, which I will describe in a minute. A perfect hideaway! The room was very spacious and comfortable, with a stunning view over the valley, lake and mountain peaks. The owners of the family hotel are farmers who have lived on this piece of land for several hundred years. The family runs the place on their own, there are no hired staff. The locally produced food is perfectly natural.

Хорошее расположение, очень удобно добираться до подъемника на автобусе. Большие комнаты. На завтрак очень вкусный паштет ;) Рядом есть продуктовый магазин, который работает до 6 вечера. Но продукты лучше все равно покупать в Спаре в центре ЗелАмЗи, выбор там побольше.
