Austria countryside and it is comfortable and nice to stay (the room
we reserved is junior suite with 2 balcony it was big advantage for
nice and fresh air. Also, nice view to the mountain, the location of
the hotel is perfect for us because it was in the middle between

The owners and caretaker are very helpful. They gave us very good advice on local attractions. Hospitable family environment, beautiful and clean room. Rich and very tasty breakfast.The entire staff is very friendly to children. Zell am See - Kaprun Summer Card with a lot of discounts and free attractions was included for free. Very nice and cozy wellness and pool with counter.Thanks to the excellent accommodation, we increased the enjoyment of the holiday. We would be back soon.

The hotel and staff were outstanding. We had problems reaching the hotel (zell am see) due to the damage done by floods in austria. But the hotel owner Ms. Elizabeth, guided us perfectly. This is a very good quality hotel in an excellent location right next to the piste, CityXpress gondala and ski hire yet only 2 minutes walk to the town centre and lakeside. The food was excellent and the level of service throughout the hotel was friendly and very efficient. Our double room had a beautiful view of the lake and mountains beyond and was well appointed with a mini bar, safe and a seating area (sofa and chair). This is an outstanding hotel in every respect.

This is a lovely, small but friendly, hotel. It is centrally situated in Zell am See with the lake only 2 minutes walk away. The room was large, clean and modern. The hotel was really easy to find: we didn't even have a map, we just walked to the city center and found it in 5 minutes.
The rooms were really beautiful (especially the bathroom), the breakfast was amazing and the pool downstairs was a nice touch of luxury.
We would have gladly paid twice the price.
