  Excellent service! Nice and comfortable rooms. - Talk about feeling welcome. When we arrived Nicole the manager gave us the grand tour of their facility. They've got a pool table, up scale restaurant, and the view is to die for.   The hotel and staff were outstanding. We had problems reaching the hotel (zell am see) due to the damage done by floods in austria. But the hotel owner Ms. Elizabeth, guided us perfectly. Since we were travelling with an infant, they took special care at all times. We had a lovely room with stunning views. My family loved it. And i will recommend this hotel for honeymooners - This is a very good quality hotel in an excellent location right next to the piste, CityXpress gondala and ski hire yet only 2 minutes walk to the town centre and lakeside. The food was excellent and the level of service throughout the hotel was friendly and very efficient. Our double room had a beautiful view of the lake and mountains beyond and was well appointed with a mini bar, safe and a seating area (sofa and chair). This is an outstanding hotel in every respect.

  I love the location of the hotel, view, hotel, rooms , beds facing the lake, the balcony directly facing the lake, the staff were very friendly, romantic environment , kitchen staff were extremely friendly and the rooms and the restaurant were lake view. - Everything about the holiday was great.
