Very nice apartments. We enjoyed the positive atmosphere of the place, it was clean and well-furnished, we found all we need. Staff (Andreas) is very welcome and we quickly checked in. This place is good both for short and long trips. The apartment is very close to Karlkirhe, Opera house, Stephanplatz, Nashmarkt with restaurants, and shopping centers, metro station “Karlsplatz” is 2 minutes walk. Definitely we’ll come again! The room was well furnished. Location is totally perfect; you can reach almost all important places in vienna by walking. Also Karlsplatz metro station is just 2 minutes from apartment. The staff (Mr. Hoferer) is so friendly and helpful. Thanks for everything.

It's an apartment, so there is no shampoo and shower gel. Bring some with you or buy it in the supermarket nearby.
This apartment is centrally located for anyone visiting Vienna; convenient to public transportation. The apartment was clean and well maintained. The owner was most helpful in answering our inquiries (and his English is very good). There is a market just down the street on the corner and a bakery near-by also. There is a parking lot at the apartment that we left our car in for a nominal fee. The security and gates are excellent and an elevator is an added plus.

Andreas was very nice and helped us when we moved in and left. The room had everything one would need and when asked, the towels were change. It felt almost like home!
The hotel is more like a regular building. There should be a sign indicating clearly the name of the hotel so it can be easily spotted.
Clean and well furnished. Metro/tram station very close. Friendly staff. Close to the Hofburg Palace. No microwave in the kitchen, rest OK Limpio y bien amueblado. Metro/tranvía muy cerca. Personal servicial. Cerca del Palacio de Hofburg. Cocina sin microondas, resto OK.

Clean economical with helpful owner. It is quiet and close to sights with easy subway access. Nice kitchen as well. I felt it was exceptional for what we wanted.
It was perfect for us. If you want hotel amenities like spa or concierge or gym this would not work. I would have liked a microwave but it wasn't a problem for us. If you had formula or something requiring reheating you might find it an issue.

This apartment is clean, well equipped and comfortable with a small balcony so you can still sit and enjoy coffee 'outside' . The location is perfect with a supermarket close by as well as a metro station. The city centre is also just a short walk away.
It is a minor gripe but I would have preferred firm pillows and crisp cotton sheets.
Very cosy and well equipped with pots, forks, hair dryer and everything you need for cooking. Furniture is basic but very functional. We had about 7 Plug-ins for charging and the TV service is international. The owner is very friendly and punctual. The best thing is about the position: close to Karlsplatz station from which you can go anywhere in Vienna, the Apartment was not noisy and close to services such as a market and a bakery.
The Apartment was too hot at dinner time but a useful fan was given and it partially solved the problem I guess this was not caused by the apartment's position or condition but by the very hot weather we found.
It is a beautiful apartment with magnificent location and good equipment. Thank a lot to Andreas, who met us in the late evening and give us keys and some explanation about facilities. No complains and we would defiantly recommend the place to our friends to short stay in Vienna.

Space in penthouse ample for 3 people with option of dividing room and also sweet balcony. Extremely comfortable beds, thoughtful apartment design, toilet rolls and dishwasher detergent added bonuses but didn't need the umbrellas. Lift was working when we were there, v long trek otherwiseto 8th floor. Location ideal for Karlsplatz and hence Ubahn, Sbahn, trams. Supermarket on corner of street.
Worried the lift might break down but it didn't. The bin men came with a v noisy lorry every day at 7am and woke us up.

Spacious apartment in a quiet street close to Karlsplatz. Very friendly and helpful owner. Free wifi. Basic kitchen. Close to museums, metro, city centre, restaurants and cafes.
The apartment was clean. Plenty of hot water. Adequate for our needs. Good central position to walk almost anywhere. Owner very pleasant guy. Most of the equipment was new.
The shower was too strong for the bath, it was difficult to get a shower so we used the bath. The kitchen was very small, cooking a meal would have been difficult.

Very few things, easy to fix, like lack of: a trash can in the bathroom, a microwave, a fan or air conditioner, supports in the bathroom, support for shampoo inside the box.

Good apartments for visiting and enjoy in Vienna. Andreas was a very nice man who brings to use a key and lets to be us very early morning before check-in time in the apartments, because our fly was 6.00 am and we travailing with 3 years old child. The apartment is very good location, clean and has all for short staying and feel comfortable. Thank you for all!!!

Early every morning a rubbish truck comes into the yard. It is very noisy.

You have to take the garbage to the collection point yourself and there's no supply of garbage bags.

The value of this apartment did not match the price. Fridge was dirty and the internet unreliable. If you are only staying for a weekend there are better and cheaper hotel options where you at least have your room cleaned every day
